Dumfries may seem far removed from the recent rioting in England, but did you know that there have been people delivering far right anti-immigration leaflets through doors in the area?

I have been impressed by the number of local folk getting actively involved in positively helping the asylum seeker young men we have in Dumfries. It would be great to see the church taking an equally active role in defending and supporting these new Scots in our town.
