Time to reflect in 2025

The idea is simple.

  • During February make an effort to be more away of the moments that are special in your daily life.
  • Anchor that moment by writing, taking a photo or something like that.
  • Share the experience and tag it so others can find it.
  • Don’t stress about it. Challenging yourself to do one a day might help you focus, but stop if it becomes unhelpful or you begin worrying if what you are doing is “good enough”
  • #tag it with #febreflection and #sensingsprituality

And remember that simply searching for the #tags might be a good way to lift your spirits on a day when you are feeling down.
